Lead the strategic design and implementation of a business-driven company-wide diversity, equity and inclusion strategy that includes short-term and long-term goals, KPI’s, action plans and metrics to assess and track progress over time. Ensure the effective analysis of diversity surveys, Talent Review findings, and other organizational culture audits, and provide updates to senior leadership to inform decision making.

  • Collaborate with business unit management and functional team leads to ensure strategic and operational alignment with regulatory frameworks.​

  • Participate with management to identify and assess regulatory risks and business opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance requirements are met.

  • Liaise with regulatory officials, preparation of regulatory submissions and coordination of reports. 

​​

  • Regulatory and policy-based experience.

​​

  • State and municipal level regulatory experience. 

​​

  • Act as critical and strategic thinkers who can assess potential risks, prioritize opportunities, and find creative and collaborative solutions to complex challenges.

  • Data-driven, and comfortable with metrics and spreadsheets.
